"I have a wonderful time in this camp. The house was so dreamy like that one in storybook.
We didn’t check the check-in time, so we were late at the check-in, so please do remember to check-in time is 3 pm to 6 pm. I still feel very bad because of my fault, but the host was really nice and friendly to us. He was very patient and we had a warm welcome when we arrived. He brought us to the house and explain to us carefully about every detail of the house.

"Hotel was centrally located near the Kanawa Bus Station/Hells Pools/food steam restaurant. 10min walk from the bus station. The hotel was clean & has an onsen! Tatami rooms w/a kitchen, tiny bathroom (ship size). It is an older hotel, but it was perfect for us. The young man running the hotel was so nice and pleasant. "Stayed in a separate room with children. The room was a little old but clean and comfortable. We didn't have to worry about the noise from the children because it was a separate room. There was a private hot spring bath, which was very nice. The food was very tasty and there was more than we could eat. The staff were all very kind, friendly to the children, and the service was excellent. All in all, the hot spring resort exceeded my expectations and I would like to return. Thank you very much."

"Nice large hotel. The front desk staff were helpful and cordial. The breakfast needs more western options such as more fruit, cheese, cold cuts.
Shower and mattresses were great.
