The perfect holiday home, has more amenities and inclusions than any holiday home or motel in Airlie Beach.

Every attention to detail has been made to guarantee this property will provide a luxurious, easy and memorable holiday experience. This new high-end property has been designed with holidays and outdoor luxury in mind. The upstairs feature a large balcony with outdoor kitchen and servery. The downstairs has yet another huge entertaining area featuring a large deck, large pool and bar tops. Relax on a stool overlooking the ocean or enjoy a glass of bubbly in the pool whilst gazing out to the coral sea and Whitsunday islands.

Inside is ample space and generous features including 4 large bedrooma, 2 MASTER suites with walk in robes and en-suites. 3 full size bathrooms and 2 seperate powder rooms. 2 living areas. 2 entertaining areas, ample parking. Perfect for small or large groups, luxury stays, bridal parties, hens parties, birthday celebrations, and multiple families. The bedrooms, the kitchen and all living and entertaining spaces have perfect ocean views, nobody misses out when staying at this property.

All this only 400-600m to the heart of Airlie main street, both marinas and restaurant hub, as well as Coral Seas resort.

Air-conditioning and fans in every room, 2 carport spaces and everything you need provided. WIFI, Netflix and a pack of cards for the family. Bar-fridge, Bluetooth stereos, games, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor entertaining for the groups.

The list goes on with New additions to make this place feel like a real holiday home including sun lounges, Boardgames, snorkel and picnic ware. A Barista standard one touch automatic coffee machine for the little extra luxury. Xbox for the kids. Convenient bedding options. A pram, port a cot, baby bath and high chair. It is the gateway to the Whitsunday Islands, Whitehaven Beach and Great Barrier Reef. Ample tours operate from the local marinas to Whitehaven Beach, the Great Barrier reef, scenic flights, adventure activities including skydiving and wakeboarding. Scuba diving and snorkelling.

Great house, poor communication with some issues
Beautiful modern house that has THE best view any of us have ever experienced (and we've stayed in alot of places!) There isnt a view from 1 of the bedrooms but fabulous views from the other 3. No spa, no internet, no Netflix and wasnt able to communicate with property manager when I needed to. Apart from that, great location, fantastic pool and ensuites/bathroom/kitchen.

Amazing view
Property was amazing. Accommodated all our 11 members, including an 18 mth old. Aircon in the lounge was spitting out water when we checked in, and the host was able to get it fixed during our stay. The only issue was no mop available, or we did not locate it on premises and no dust pan and brush. This was a small issue. Blinds in the down stairs rumpus would be a great addition for those sleeping there due to the morning sunlight. Other than that our stay was amazing.

Great stay
Beautiful property, though a little tired looking. Kitchen needs some attention especially dishwasher. Info re appliances would be helpful and when outside bins get emptied. Overall stay excellent, so much to see and do in Airlie, will definitely be back.

excellent location with the most amazing views. Property was exactly as listed. Only issue is the pull out couch has no window blinds so we were up at sunrise.

It was fantastic! The walk up the hill is can be a bit of a challenge but the view is amazing
The only complaint is there was suppose to be an order delivered for toilet paper and it never arrive. We end up buying some ourself.

The property location and views were stunning. We were a family of 8 and the accommodation was very spacious and plenty of luxurious bathrooms. It would have been good to have a welcome brochure as we were unsure where to put the rubbish. Some oven gloves and some more tea towels would have been good apart from that could not fault this property.

Wonderful Stay in Perfect Location
This home has the most amazing view and is in a very convenient location. It is walking distance to the Main Street (cafes, lagoon) however it’s quite a hill climb home (not impossible though!). The layout of the house worked great for us and many hours were spent soaking up the view from the stunning pool. The home does have a lot of stairs so that’s something to consider if traveling with young kids. An absolutely wonderful stay, and we would definitely book again if traveling to Airlie Beach.

Fantastic Property
Awesome views The property is in great condition all round from furniture to appliances, beds, pool etc Great Kitchen and outdoor BBQ area Modern bathrooms Heaps of room across both levels Close to Main Street and Marina. Jamie-Lee is great to deal with We would definitely recommend and will hopefully stay again

A lovely modern home but a bit tired Could do with a good spring clean The lounge is falling apart and needs replacing also needs an additional 3 seater ceiling fan in ensuite bedroom downstairs doesn’t work Downstairs family area needs a blind Also the ice dispenser doesn’t work in the fridge which is also not balanced In saying this I would definitely stay again and hope this minor issues are resolved We had a fabulous holiday and look forward to our next trip Thankyou

Wonderful property with a sensational view!
A beautiful property set in an amazing location! This home has plenty of space for three teenagers who took full advantage of the incredible pool. A very clean and well maintained house with fantastic views of Coral Sea Marina from three bedrooms. It's wonderful to sit on the balcony and simply watch the boats come and go. The property is also very private with no immediate neighbours on either side or in front, making it very peaceful and quiet. Only a short stroll down to the main street of Airlie Beach as well. Just a wonderful place to stay with many inclusions to make you feel at home. We would most definitely stay here again in future!

Unfortunately the owner didn’t tell the cleaners we were coming. So when we arrived the cleaners were still working unaware that we were checking in. We had to wait for another 1.5hours before we could check in. The owner cannot be reached easily and very rarely reply’s to your messages (which is the only source of communication). However great location and great house!

Weekend away with friends
We booked this property for a group of four couples for the airlie beach music festival weekend. The property was perfect it was very spacious and had two awesome outdoor entertainment areas. The pool was a good size and the view was amazing. The house has plenty of kitchen utensils and cooking appliances which is great. The beds were very comfortable. The only problem I had was with the communication not knowing how to check into the house or obtain keys. Quick phone call to the property manager and all was explained.

Incredible views and location
We had an amazing stay with breathtaking views & plenty of space for 9 adults. Location is perfect & within walking distance to main street. The privacy of the pool overlooking the marina was fantastic! Sadly we weren't provided linen for the 9th guest on the fold out sofa but luckily we had spare as some of our guests were camping along the way. We would definitely stay again, thank you so much Jamie for an unforgettable stay in Airlie :-)
