Summary:
With the Surf Coast Walking track being across the road, you have access to Sandy Gully beach, the top shops, restaurants and the Aireys Pub all being within a 500m walk.

The Space:
Feeling a little more ambitious, you can also walk to the famous Split Point Lighthouse which is just under a kilometre away, and the bottom shops/playgrounds which are just a little further.

When you walk into the home, you enter into the cosy open plan living space which is equipped with the air-conditioning unit. There is a neat kitchen, which has all the essentials for your stay. The properties three bedrooms are located off this main living area, along with the bathroom. The laundry is in its own room, accessed via the third bedroom. Two of the bedrooms have electric heating options.

Walking back out the main entrance to the house, you are standing on the main outdoor living deck which is undercover. This has a massive table where you can entertain, have a meal or you can sit down and watch the kids play. Take the stairs up to the viewing platform, where you have a panoramic view from the lighthouse over to Lorne and the Otway ranges. The viewing platform is the perfect spot to watch the sun set or rise and enjoy a cheese plater or morning coffee. The property also has a great lawn space where the kids can enjoy playing all sorts of outdoor games, they can also make use of the basketball ring!
