"The room was really nice. Unfortunate that they don’t wipe the outdoor detritus off the Adirondack chairs and balcony. We would have enjoyed using that feature of the room but the balcony and chairs were filthy. Everything else was great."

"We had a great stay at the Balsam Inn! Everyone put their hearts into giving folks a great experience. My husband says the dinner was the finest he ever had, and I appreciated all the little things that made our travel easier (ice for coolers, a shared frig, absolutely lovely and plentiful bedding). We would definitely stay there again!"

"Our stay at Prescott House was a delight. The house is unique, cozy, and welcoming! The onsite manager was friendly and available, and we had everything we needed. The large bathrooms are shared, but the doors can be locked for quick showers, and there are also a few private half-baths (and one private shower) scattered throughout the building.
