"Kiwassa Lodge was just what we needed, serene and spacious. Sitting on the patio or down on the dock, there was near silence, just an occasional boat (but no jet skis). Alan is very responsive and accommodating. The house is not a cookie cutter lake house but an architecturally appealing design and likely built in the hey day of Adirondacks (not that its time has past) with lots of lake facing glass.We had everything we needed and everything was clean. The chalet/cabin was quaint, in a wonderfully private location away from busy streets, (a neighbor somewheres on the street had roosters that woke us up at 6 every morning, though). House had a lot of amenities not expected in a cabin. Board/card games a plenty (many are old and some were missing pieces/rules, but there were tons of options), and almost every movie imaginable!
