"The house is very big. Tons of bedrooms and bathrooms. Great kitchen. The host and property manager were very responsive and attentive. It was a little warm but we were warned of the cooling situation and we were there on a very hot humid week. I would recommend for a group trip. close to lots to do. "

"We very much enjoyed our stay in Kathy's cottage. The location was perfect, we could see the river right from the yard, and the property is within easy walking distance to restaurants, the shops, the riverside parks and the boat museum. "All good! Would suggest to the owner that the TV have more options. I am not a TV watcher, but I did want to catch up on the news and found that difficult. Maybe an antenna would help if there are local channels that can be received. Other than that, I would suggest a shade on the front door to provide more privacy. Other than that, I would highly highly recommend this place as it was quiet and comfortable in a good location and clean and convenient and well appointed"

"The cottage with 2 bedrooms was a cute tiny cottage. I didn't receive an email for the code to enter the cottage. After 2 phone calls, we did communicate with someone. We asked if we could leave the boat parked, and the person said it would be okay. Appreciative of that! Once inside the cottage, we found no toilet paper at all and had to go to the store. After a 4 1/2 hr drive to get there, we had to hit the road again. My family just slept, took showers and watched tv there. We did not use the...

"We had a great stay in Saratoga! We were there for regatta weekend and the house was both convenient and in a quiet, private area. It was incredibly well appointed, with welcome goodies, tons of coffee and a fenced yard for our pet. Check in was easy and seamless and communication with the property owners was easy as well. All in all a great stay! "
