The villa is located in an exclusive residential area.

The nearest services, such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets are at only 5 minutes away by car.

The nearest beach is only 8 minutes away by car. the nearest beach is: playa de torviscas. Playa de las AmƩricas and Los Cristianos is 6 minutes away by car.

The property is a two-story house. in the ground floor there is:

- a fully equipped kitchen;
- living area with dining table, sofas and TV;
- Toilette.

on the top floor there are:
- 3 bedrooms;
- 2 full bathrooms;
- wide shared terrace.

the pool is on the ground floor. It's 9x4m. The first 1.20m is a unique step where you can play safely with children and babies and put the sunbed / lounger on top. The pool is provided with an electric cover that helps maintain and increase the temperature of the pool throughout the day. The pool also has an electric heating system. 8 hours of operation are included in the price. 24 hours of operation have an additional cost of 15 euros per day.

next to the kitchen there is an outside dining table with 6 dining chairs and a barbecue.

the villa is equipped with:

A beautiful villa for a relaxing week away

My husband and young kids stayed here over May half term and we had a great time. The villa is beautiful and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has a lovely view from the bedrooms and balcony. The pool area is great with plenty of loungers and a cabana/sofa area which offers a bit of shade from the sun. The tiles around the pool are not slippy and the rest is artificial grass so was great for the boys to play on. It does get hot though! The villa is set up hill from the resorts so would need a car to get about, but itā€™s only a short drive to get to where there are shops, restaurants and bars are or the beach. Itā€™s about 20 minutes from the airport by car too which was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous villa just as described and pictured. The location was perfect for what we were wanting, lovely and quiet up in the mountain. We had a hire car which meant we were able to get around easily, and we were able to call a taxi when we wanted to go out for food/ drinks. The pool was bigger than I thought it would be and the kids loved it. All amenities were there that you would need and beds were lovely and comfortable.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a terrific time staying at the beautiful Villa with our three children. They loved the outdoors area and the swimming pool was perfect as well as the ping pong table. The view from the Villa is breathtaking and the Villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything was up to standard and fully met our expectations. We hope to be back soon.

Wir waren mit 5 Personen in dieser wundeschƶnen Villa ! Wir haben die Zeit genossen, tolles Haus...wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Im Haus alles Sauber und gepflegt und sehr schƶn eingerichtet. Sehr schƶne Terasse mit Pool, alles sehr gepflegt. Man konnte vom Haus auf das Meer schauen und auf die Insel Gomera sehen. Wir wĆ¼rde das Haus immer wieder mieten und kƶnnen es gut empfehlen.

Schƶne Villa in toller Umgebung

Wir haben einen wunderschƶnen Urlaub in der Villa Alessandria verbracht. Alessandro war ein perfekter Gastgeber, Kommunikation und Check-in bestens. Die Villa selbst liegt in einem sehr schƶnen Wohngebiet, ruhige Umgebung, aber gute Anbindung. Ein Auto ist unbedingt zu empfehlen, auch um mehr von der wunderschƶnen Insel Teneriffa zu sehen. In der Villa gibt es eine super KĆ¼chenaustattung und der Pool ist fantastisch. Alles andere an Mobiliar war zeitgemƤƟ und gut.

Amazing fantastic stay

Well what can we say just WOW!! Out first time in a villa and what better villa to stay in than this one. Very clean, everything you need to cook meals, pool more than big enough and was cleaned during our week stay. Outside space spacious and luxurious. Couldnā€™t fault any part of the villa. Beautiful property, very well equipped.Clean and tidy.Pool big and plenty of space in the house and surrounding pool garden area.We all totally enjoyed our stay.Its a long way from the main area so would definitely need a car to get around. You need a car to be able to move around like shops etc , but is lots taxis and lots companies deliver food to this area like glovo etc. For a family with young children if was me to keep eye one young ones The tennis table had to be on top and some new rackets too. inside the house was everything that you necessary need for a normal vacation .the owner very attentive always ready to help,if I recommended this house yes without a doubt the area has a lot of sun I found a quiet and safe area .pool area yes very good with good space.thank you
