"We had a wonderful time. Clean with comfortable beds. Lovely home for a quiet weekend with friends. "

"The owners keep this place well stocked with stuff you might need. Bandaids! Bug spray! Tons of towels and wash rags. Dish soap. Paper towel. I even saw a spare phone charger and cord! We did this vs a hotel while visiting family in town. One night we hosted a bbq and cooked burgers and dogs. The grill, the picnic table, the comfy Adirondack chairs, and the extra folding chairs came in real handy that night. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking! "

"We spent four wonderful day on this lovely property. Spent every night around the fire and got better quality time than we had in years. The only complaint I have is that it was too short lived. I would definitely recommend this cabin to people looking for a wonderful experience or just a bit of peace and quiet. Great experience all around."

"Had a wonderful week at a beautiful cabin. Great host and easy to communicate with. Thumps the cat was a very friendly outside pet. This was a excellent place to relax and step out for a bit."

"We choose to stay here for the house and pool. We LOVED that it was in the middle of nowhere. The house was clean and stocked with basic essentials. The host was very quick to respond to all of my questions and concerns. We did not go anywhere. We planned and cooked all our meals at the house and just played games and relaxed. We had 8 adults and 4 children under 5. The layout was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. There were storms in the area the first night we...

"My husband and I, along with our Aussies spent 3 days at this cabin surrounded by 300 acres, with hiking trails, ponds, and wild life, during late Oct. The views of the property were beautiful with all the Fall colors. If you have the energy, be sure to hike up the hill to the cow pasture. It is about 1 mile round trip. The views at the top are spectacular! The cabin was clean, with one nice size bedroom that had a queen bed. Another smaller room had bunk beds and also a washer dryer combo...

"Joe’s place was just what we needed for a relaxing weekend away from home. We stayed in one of the yurts for the first two nights and a cabin on the last night we were there. Both were beautiful and had all the necessities we needed, however we LOVED the cabin as it had a little more privacy. There was a buffet dinner in the restaurant on Saturday and live band under the Pavillion which was so nice! Plenty of hiking trails and ATV trails for riders. "Nice clean had our favorite snacks, even though we didn't go to watch tv but we had a ton of choices to pick from. Over all good time had by all..."

"The home and linens were clean, plenty of living space. The house is like walking into a time capsule of your grandmothers home. Very small bathrooms, drafty window AC units still installed in late November, old TVs. No grill outside was disappointing. Tight single stacked parking. There is another small house on the same lot with multiple vehicles coming and going, combined with the close neighbors and there is limited privacy and no outdoor space."

"Really liked the old house feel but very noisy by road"

"We got a group of friends together for a weekend away and this property could not have been more perfect. My only advice to anyone staying; the water is hard. Pack plenty of water bottles if you’re not used to that kind of thing!"

"definitely a great place to go to get away if planning on just relaxing and enjoying the outdoors, maybe not a great fit for a golf trip stay because of the drive time but we did enjoy the down time at the cabin. would definitely go back but without the golf.
