Le personnel a été remarquable dans tous les services : toujours aimable, attentionné et souriant. "We found the Hotel owner (Eli) to be very helpful & approachable on all levels. The Hotel was considered to be of a very good standard (for a 3 star). The Pool / Bar/ Foyer areas were very clean and to a high standard, the sunbeds were comfy and the pool was clean / well maintained.
Our room (top floor) had everything we needed, inc good AC & kitchen area & view down to the coast. The room was cleaned to a high standard whenever needed.

Hersonissis for me isn’t somewhere I would visit again, I don’t like the vibe in the strip. However, Koutouloufari is a ten minute walk from this hotel and is wonderful.

"Die Unterkunft liegt im malerischen Dorf von Koutouloufari etwa 1.5 km vom Strand von Chersonisoss entfernt. Wer den Berg nicht laufen möchte sollte sich einen Mietwagen nehmen. Die Anlage ist wunderschön aber für Gehbehinderte und Rollstuhlfahren nicht geeignet da viele Treppen vorhanden sind. Für mich als Frau hätte ich mich sehr gefreut wenn man mir wie sonst üblich in anderen Unterkünften beim Koffertragen geholfen hätte. Dies ist aber der einzigste Minuspunkt. "C’est un hôtel extrêmement agréable, le personnel est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Il est très propre et il à toujours une bonne odeur dans les parties communes, tout est refais à neuf. Points positifs : accueil et personnel agréable, petit-déjeuner et dîner de haute qualité, parking facile. Matelas confortable et magnifiques piscines.
Points négatifs : malgré 4 appels à la réception et le passage (probable) d'un technicien, la climatisation ne produisait aucune fraîcheur. 28 degrés dans la chambre, impossible d'avoir une vraie nuit de sommeil donc. Pour un hôtel en Crete à plus de 350€ la nuit et affichant 4 étoiles, ce n'est pas vraiment...
