"Lovely location, very spacious property with amazing spaces. Kitchen spacious and well equipped. Beds comfortable. bathrooms good. Great bonus as it wasn’t exactly “flaming June” was the snooker table, especially for the youngsters , there were many challenging matches! Outside facilities were great but because of the weather not uses apart from table tennis and basketball net. Plenty to see and do only a short drive away."

"A lovely 3 night Stay in Hay on Wye. The cottage is stunning and so well located for browsing the shops, the sights and the castle and perfect to pop back and forth if needed. Very central but also very peaceful. Communication from Sue was amazing and she was really accommodating and generous throughout our stay. I would book here again in a heartbeat."

"We enjoyed our stay here in a very confirtable cottage tucked away in the countryside. The beds were particularly comfortable. The hosts communicated well and we really enjoyed tge free range eggs they left us from their chickens. Plenty of birds and very dark so great for stars if it is clear."

"We had a lovely stay at Bevan house, visiting the area to attend a wedding. The house was large and well equipped and the hit tub was really fantastic. Absolutely no issues at all and the property was clean and located in a beautiful spot. Very minor but couldn't find any scissors, other than this, no suggestions for improvement at all"

There were a couple of fixtures which need attention, and would have liked the hot tub to have had a constant bubble setting, but other than that had a wonderful stay. "Really nice apartment right in the middle of town. Very comfortable beds and lovely cosy lounge. The kitchen area is also very tidy with all you need to cook for your family. Would definitely stay here again. Only slight downside is the noise from the flats above and below, but this was daytime only noise. We slept very well. Overall very enjoyable stay. "

"The house and cottage was perfect for our family reunion of 12 and 2 little ones. Bathroom and shower/tub in every room! Kitchen and Dining area and seating for 18 inside and out was perfect. Amazing kitchen with plenty of dishes and all possibly needed to cook large meals. Three sitting rooms with fireplace and wood provided Games, books, puzzles, game room, outside badminton and soccer. Best VRBO! Views amazing!"

"We had an amazing stay at this cottage for a few days of walking the Brecon Beacons. Cottage has everything needed, is in a great location for walking and has an amazing pub ‘Royal Oak’ with superb food in easy walking distance. Pity about the issue with the heating and TV didn’t work, but these were minor issues compared to the great cottage. Thank you Richard"

"The cottage is beautiful inside and out, with a modern kitchen and gorgeous cottage lounge diner downstairs and lovely homely but modern double bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. A rare treat, nessled in a lush valley, with the sound of the river nearby. It was delightful in late autumn, it must be even better in the spring or summer, I'll definitley be back"

"Lovely cabin in, what felt like the middle of nowhere, But right off the main road. Couldn’t hear the main road at all, only the bird and nature. Lovely cabin, lovely and warm, clean and tidy. We got there well after dark and I was trying to get up the last directions to the cabin when you get to the farm and luckily Hugh came out to show us the last leg. Pote e um cheiro de umidade no ar, mas limpo e um quarto grande. O momento mais esperado foi o das piscinas, com jacuzzi e sauna. Uma pena que vai somente até as 20h. A cozinha muito boa com pratos simples, mas somente até as 21h. Considerando que estava claro até as 22h, acho que poderiam repensar os horários. Mas valeu a estadia, voltaríamos."
