"We have stayed at the Roundhouse in Sargent since 2015 for Labor Day. (Minus one year for a Hurricane) It is a great location. Beach out the front door, and fishing from the dock out the back. 4 bedrooms, plus a loft, and 5 bathrooms. 2 kitchens. The recent hurricane Beryl washed out some of the beach, but it's actually better. "

"My mom was scheduled to have surgery a couple of weeks before our stay and I got the house so my brother, his family, my family and kids and parents could hang out for the weekend. It was perfect for us because my parents can’t walk up and down stairs. The game room was a plus for the kids. We fished and crabbed the whole weekend. Only thing is I wish it had a deck with lights but none the less it was a great place to stay and will come back! Hopefully soon! "

"This home is an absolute dream to stay in, we fished and caught lots of fish and enjoyed the view daily from all points of the house. "The house was perfect for me! I loved the decor, it put me in the best mood right away! Nothing fancy but everything I needed was there. There were a few cobwebs I noticed in the kitchen and the grill could use a good cleaning and paint job. It would also be nice to have a few potholders in the kitchen. Other than that, everything met my expectations! The weather cooperated well with a nice breeze every day. It did rain most of the morning on Monday, but that was check out day. The mosquitos...

"House was nice and clean. Creek was fun to fish and we caught a few baby black drums and reds back there. But mostly caught bait and a couple of crabs. A lot of gar moving at night. But dead caney lake wasn’t 2 far and we caught a nice size drum out there. There was equipment to fish and crab but we brought our own. Would book again"
