A small year round Cottage on Beautiful Whetstone Pond with Majestic Russell Mountain emerging right from the shoreline across from you. Easy access to ATV and Snowmobile Trails. Great Summertime Fishing, sorry Whetstone is closed to Ice Fishing, but good Ice fishing just down the street.

Great place for a family getaway

I stayed here with my sibling and some cousins and it was excellent. The camp has everything you need, was very tidy, and spacious for its size. The view was beautiful and the porch is a great place to hang out.

Peace on the pond

We enjoyed our stay! It felt like home rt away. Learned the hard way about pond life , porches and bugs but we figured out quickly how much the critters like bright lights!! Love the area, will return!!

Awesome time at Andyā€™s Place

Upon arrival we were met with the beautiful view and upon entering the cottage, amazed with the decor and atmosphere. Family and I had such a great time with the water front access of the pond. My favorite was the enclosed porch that I could sit and soak in the view with my morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

Wonderful stay

Weā€™re so glad we booked a couple nights at Andyā€™s Place! We usually stay at the A-frame (which we love), but this home offers a completely different and equally wonderful experience. Itā€™s full of charm and characterā€”you can really feel the love and thought that went into creating the space.We spent most of our time out on the porch, just soaking in the peaceful vibe and listening to the rain. Our senior dog was also very relaxed here and enjoyed her time napping on the porch.Wish we had stayed longer and didn't have to leave tomorrow but we will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing such a special place.

Beautifully kept home overlooking the water on Whetstone Pond. Peaceful and perfect place to relax, read and enjoy nature. Beautiful touches all around the home and both us and our dog were at ease immediately walking in. Check out Monson, Greenville and short trips to Bangor, Bar Harbor .thank you! And we already miss it!

this was a perfect getaway for my husband and i, i love that they decorated the residence so cute and they had it so nicely cleaned. i enjoyed everything about it, and they had stock of fire wood for the wood stove :) 10000% recommend. our doggies also loved their stay!

Just an overnight, but as usual it was pure relaxation. Enjoyed the fireplace and the fun Easter decor - bunnies and eggs everywhere you look. Thanks for another great stay at Andy's Place.

Cute & cozy getaway

We stayed for a weekend in December. The wood stove made the cottage very cozy, and the surrounding area was very quiet with amazing views of the lake. When you enter the address in Google Maps, it takes you to the wrong location, but we were able to find the right place relatively quickly by following the written directions provided. We contacted the host and he was very responsive and helpful. Our only complaint was that the house had a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke inside. In the summer it may not be as pronounced, but in the winter with all the windows and doors closed, it was. We still enjoyed our stay regardless.

Andyā€™s Place was wonderful! The beauty of the lake with the mountains beyond was a wonderful sight to drink coffee and admire in the morning. Our trip started here after a long drive from Michigan, and it was absolutely wonderful. The beds were comfortable, and our host was very thoughtful with the necessities that were at the property. 10/10 for sure!

Absolutely Charming!

What a dream it was to stay at this cute little cottage. The location is gorgeous and easily accessible. We kayaked every night, and had a fire every night! The beds were very comfortable. And the kitchen was fully stocked for all your cooking needs. They even had a cabinets of dried food goods you could use. Would go back in a heartbeat!
