"Amazing property! The architectural details and choices made are top notch. Loved the cool polished concrete on my bare feet. Loved the indoor/outdoor living on both levels of the casa. The owner, Jerome, is wonderful and VERY responsive to texts (WhatsApp preferred platform). I felt very comfortable walking in this neighborhood on my own at night. And a great French bakery and espresso café several blocks away. "

"The property was lovely. It was the perfect launchpad to explore Merida. The landscaping is enchanting. I was captivated by the bougainvillea in the courtyard. "First day there the water pump broke that feeds the entire house. A maintenance crew was there within minutes to fix it. The crew was polite, clean, knowledgeable and fix it as fast as humanly possible on top of that the host adjusted our bill to reflect the inconvenience. We were very pleased with our first experience renting a VRBO."

"The house is beautiful and well equipped. We cooked many meals and the kitchen was wonderful. The house is located near the local neighborhood market, which we enjoyed visiting, eating and buying our food. La Lupita is a wonderful local taqueria in the market. The cleaning person came twice a week and kept everything very clean. Absolutely enjoyed our time here. "

"This boutique is a block or so from Paseo de Montejo. My favorite street in Merida. GREAT location. Walkable to everything. Tons of restaurants. Nelson, the manager, was so welcoming, hospitable, helpful, thorough and highly communicative. It’s a lovely, quirky layout that worked perfectly for me. Definitely one of my favorite places now.
