"Cleaness and comfort were impeccable in this hotel. Apartments were wide, comfortable and very clea. Lots of ammenities in the room, from hygiene items to shoe shining. All necessary appliances within the room. The entertainment and fitness daxilities were also amazing. Food at breakfast had a huge variety of options! The hotel is located in a very good area, close to thw seashore (eith a very good park) and a shopping mall. I highly recommendnit foe staying!"

"My 4th stay at Westin Haikou. Most enjoyable time there again. Good convenient location, friendly & helpful staff. Many amenities nearby, especially near the promenade at the river side. Will be back soon. Would be nice if there are some plates & cutlery in the room....used to be available previously. Also, maybe time to do some progressive renovation floor by floor to refresh the rooms."

"This is the newest hotel in Haikou and opened during the pandemic period. Had high expectations as I last visited in 2018 and this was still building and I stay at nearby Hilton Haikou. A few issues we had which is why we gave 3-star rating: 1. "對於無法叫滴滴租車的台灣民眾來說，非常不方便。只會叫人去人民大道攔車，態度非常冷淡。來自中國別省的人，就算沒有辦法叫車，櫃台竟然盡心盡力幫他叫車，態度還很親切。房間不會太乾淨，還是有垃圾殘餘。浴室更是可怕，感覺是用了很久。房間飲用水也不好喝，早餐吃的很糟。"
