"Lovely hotel, staff fabulous. Pool is smaller but went in the morning and quiet, enjoyed the steam room and jacuzzi. Would have liked to have information on times of breakfast and the pool, but easily got information when asked. Breakfast was lovely too. Well definitely re visit"

"We had afternoon tea at the property on check in day which was excellent with very good attentive service. My wife is in a wheelchair and the whole building, once in, is very easily accessible. She can walk so getting in and out of the building was easier than using the wheelchair, but there is an accessible entrance. "Lovely quirky place with a very friendly, helpful manager. Our room was OK, rather basic but overall nice and clean. There are no breakfast facilities so it means a drive into Yarm - tho it's a really lovely town. The pub is very close by and does do evening meals. "

"I was staying for 3 weeks , when I arrived I had to contact the people to get the access code as they did not send it as I had an overseas contact number . If I had arrived after dark you would never find the key box as there is no lighting in the area where access is. "Well. What strange accommodation. Booked 2 nights about 3 weeks prior to going. When we arrive nobody there. We rang and got told she didn’t realise we were staying then admitted she hadn’t checked any emails. We were told to go next door to get her elderly mum to come and unlock. Her lovely mum bless her had shall we say had memory problems. Anyway. We were sitting in her house being baby sat by an old lady as we weren’t aloud in house by ourselves. "Beautiful cottage, picked this as it was all on one level, for my disabled mother. Property was spacious and beautifully decorated. Great outdoor space too. Was nice to see the alpacas and also the friendly dog. Would highly recommend this place to anyone."

"Everything about the stay was really amazing; location, view, comfort, cleaning,...etc. The only challenging part was the parking as there was no free/paid overnight parking slots near the location which made it a bit difficult especially when you have a lot of luggage"
