"Beautiful hotel with gracious, helpful and professional staff. Our room was gorgeous & huge! The buffet had so many stations to choose from and the selection changed each day. Food was delicious and excellent quality. "

"部屋はアップグレードされてとても広い部屋(711)で快適でした。 キッチンもあり冷蔵庫も大きく長期滞在にも適している。 特筆したい事は シャワーのお湯が温かくなるまでの時間がとても短い！直ぐにお湯が出て快適でした。 ベランダに物干しがあり水着等を乾かすのも簡単。 あえてダメな点をあげれば 部屋履き用のスリッパがない。 アメニティは少なめ。 バスローブやパジャマ的な物はない。 ベッド下の木のフレームが大きいので何度も足をぶつけた。 立地は ロビンソンモールも比較的近く便利 セブンイレブンも近い(但し学校が近いからかアルコール類はなし) 昼間は大丈夫ですが、 夜は周辺が暗く人通りも少ないので徒歩での外出は控えるべきです。(安全ではないエリア) スタッフさんは親切でフレンドリー 部屋も快適で価格も比較的リーズナブル。今まではダイヤモンドやニューコースを利用していましたが選択肢が広がりました。 "

"Stayed twice at sheraton. During our second stay there was a noise coming out from what we think was the air conditioner. We got moved to another room which was so much better. The hotel is conveniently located to malls and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely go back."

"The hotel itself is very nice. The staff were very accomodating. The restaurant is good service, good food. The only disappointing aspect was finding that EVERY DELUXE room has no view out the window as they are all on the back of the hotel.. Deluxe does not describe the window view, unless you think a big grey wall a couple feet away is a deluxe view. It was not mentioned on the website. If it were I may have upgraded. Overall, it's nice place to stay. But be careful on the streets...
