"My 4th stay at Westin Haikou. Most enjoyable time there again. Good convenient location, friendly & helpful staff. Many amenities nearby, especially near the promenade at the river side. Will be back soon. Would be nice if there are some plates & cutlery in the room....used to be available previously. The condition of the hotel is a little old, slow elevators, corridors and the lobby are open and have no air conditioning do by the time you go anywhere you are uncomfortably hot.
