"They advertised free Wi-Fi which is one of the critical requirements for me to pick a resort. But when I got there I found out that there wi-fi was turned off indefinitely and they acted like it was nothing. I work a lot, and vacations are really important to me. But because of my business I can't really take off for a vacation if I can't connect via Wi-Fi."

"I made this reservation on expedia. I the called the property to confirm. I was told that they were full and could bot honor the reservation. The staff there made zero attempts to help me, even though I was a weary traveller far from home, in the province. The lady told me that “I” could contact the owner. She wouldn’t do it. "Wonderful place and people. The cantina is nice. My only complaints are that the towels were super soft almost like microfiber and wouldn't absorb anything at all. So bring your own towels. One other thing, the road approaching is horrendous, simply awful. Oh and the dogs ... They are so nice, love those dogs!! "

"The water pressure in shower was very bad. The shower door was very hard to open. I had to ask the staff twice for blankets and face towels. They never brought the face towels. While i was finishing up my poll game the staff turned out the lights.and I couldn't see, i fell with a beer bottle in my hand and cut it in two places. Staff sis not assist and Office s did not have first aid kit. Hotel is also built on cemetery lot where dead people are buried who couldn't afford a proper burial."

"Das Resort ist sehr schön und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr interessant sind auch immer die Gespräche mit dem deutschen Eigentümer gewesen. Wer einen weißen Sandstrand erwartet, ist hier leider fehl am Platze, auch wenn der Ausblick aufs Meer hier immer sehr schön war. Die Verpflegung ist gut, allerdings etwas teurer als es auf den Philippinen üblich ist. Die Küche stellt um 20:00 Uhr den Betrieb ein und die Bar ist bis 21:00 Uhr geöffnet. Überrascht waren wir von dem recht...

"Harde bedden kamer 201 was een bar aan de andere kant van de weg. Aircon was goed douche was goed alleen de douche kop gedeeltelijk verstopt. Geen water water te koop in hotel maar duur. Ontbijt was beperkt in soort maar smaakte goed."
