"The hotel is very good (modern, large and well-equipped room, a huge pool and a great breakfast). The problem is that it is full of rules and restrictions. I travel a lot and this was the first time I saw a hotel prohibit taking food to the room. The service at the reception was also not very good. The times I had questions about things unrelated to the hotel (such as transportation, tours, etc.) they didn't know how to help me. That was bad. But, overall, the hotel has a great infrastructure."

"Very good hotel and well located! The breakfast is not to be desired, but it is the weak spot in general in the Philippines. In this case, the hotel invested more in the breakfast arrangement than in customer satisfaction. Access to the hotel from the main street is also very difficult to carry suitcases, because it passes through mud area and no pedestrian walk, but it is a problem of the city administration ... Overall, it is a great lodging!"

Estava guardano em minha bolsa, o que foi o meu erro, porque deveria estar no cofre, a única garantia de que só nós teríamos acesso. Enfim, a administração do hotel alegou que este foi o primeiro caso. Outra queia que tenho a fazer é quanto ao café da manhã, poucas opções, porém eles estão montando a cozinha deles, ou seja, haverá melhorias. Fora isso, o quarto sempre limpo, arrumado, bem equipado.
