"It was a fine stay, clean enough and comfortable. The desk staff was all business no flair or welcome feel, but fine. Breakfast is convenient and good (the ladies staffing breakfast were incredibly diligent and on top of everyone's needs). The pool was too cold to bare for more than 20 minutes and the spa was a weird gray, disappointing but ok. Great location, very convenient to get to everything in Hershey. "

"Everything is very clean. The breakfast area was not only clean, but the service was nice! The problem we had was the fire alarm in the hallway about five doors down started chirping five times every minute starting at about 6:30 AM. After we woke up due to the chirping, I went down to the front desk to see if they realized this. They did.
