"O hotel é bom, central, mas a decepção ficou por conta de constar no site do hoteis.com que tem estacionamento (essencial para quem vai de carro e se hospeda num hotel central). Pois bem, o hotel tem mais de 80 apartamentos e somente umas 12 vagas de estacionamento. Chegamos lá e já estava lotado. Aí só estacionando na rua (que seria um problema no Brasil pela segurança, mas lá não). O problema é que na rua tem que pagar e limite de no máximo 2 horas e na noite, só até as 9 da manhã. "Had an overall great stay! Very clean and nice staff. The only thing that’s negative worth mentioning was that it took a very long time to get hot water in the shower and the tub. And after the hot water was running in the tub there was no way to get the cold water running. Except for this, a comfy bed and nice breakfast made this a nice stop along the way. "

"A very central location with easy access to town and restaurants. Easy to access by car. The bed was very comfortable (but a Double so small). The shower was excellent and the towels were very nice. The room was small and because we were on the top floor the walls were sloped to the ceiling making the room feel even smaller. Parking, unless you grab a spot early is on the road and Pay Parking. Communication with Owner is by scripted e mails but clear directions on how to get into your room. ...

"We arrived around 8:30 l. There was a note on door to call and they would come, well we had no phone service so we couldn't call. We were thinking we might have to sleep in our car. But we walked to a neighbors and ask to use there phone they answered and said they would be right there and they were. Yurns out they live in the back of the property it would have been nice if they also said to knock on back door. "

"Arbour Guesthouse is a simple place but it's clean and it's a good value (considering that accomodations in Oban are a bit pricy). We regretted though that the "double bed" was only 120 cm and not properly advertised as sub-standard. It would be nice as well to have good curtains (blackout and down to the floor) as up north the sun rises very early in summer."
