"We had a nice two night stay in the hotel. The room was big enough for our stay with comfortable bed. We loved the outdoor pool and the roof bar. We could rent bikes for a day to explore the area and cycle along Danube river. The breakfast was amazing with great selection. Reception staff was very helpful. The only negative is that the outside parking doesn’t have enough spaces for such big hotel, there is a big underground carpark for €16 a day which we thought it’s quite a lot and we thought...

"Certamente um dos melhores hotéis de lazer de toda a Áustria. Na beira do Rio, repleto de ambientes charmosos e luxuosos. Muito bom gosto e classe. Como era de se esperar, o atendimento é impecável. A frequência predominante, entretanto, é de idosos nativos. A minúscula Durstein, que "fecha" às 20:00 hrs (no verão!) contribui para isto. Serve de "retiro espiritual" ou como base para explorar a região (Krems, Meltz e todo o Vale do Danúbio)."
"Great location in the heart of the Wachau. Accessible by public transport (715 bus from Krems or Melk and the Wachaubahn). Lots of great walks start from near the hotel, including the UNESCO walking trail throughout the Wachau. Great restaurant - and the wine is great. I can recommend the flammkuchen with their Pinot noir! "

"The hotel is very well located for accessing the city center. There is a beautiful park nearby. Motorcycle parking is available in the hotel garden, which is closed overnight. The staff were very friendly and offered a full breakfast with eggs upon request."
