"The washroom floor was not cleaned prior to our arrival. There were splatters of coffee (?) on the floor that were impossible to not notice. MORE IMPORTANTLY: I left a $60 item in the room. I know EXACTLY where it was when I left it, yet when I phoned the hotel to ask if I could pay to have it shipped to me, the answer was that no such item was found. This is disappointing, since replacement of this item will take days, or possibly weeks, if it can be replaced at all. Either the cleaning staff...

"Free breakfast: need to Have warm options available. The staff must be more friendly when asked about the breakfast. A sold couple asked for help with the water machine and the guy just went nerd explaining how it works with the screen and never took rhe 1 minute or less to just show them how is done. The old couple were just standing and watching and didn’t understood the thing. Then other guy tried to get waffles and screwed up the machine, the guy came and disconnected and left it there...

"The rooms were absolutely spotless and had great amenities. The staff tries very hard to accommodate all requests and make sure you’re stay is amazing."

"Airport shuttle was awesome both ways. So nice to get to the airport in plenty of time and easy to find the shuttle on our return to the hotel, especially after our flight was delayed and our return was much later than anticipated. Also very nice that the hotel front desk was able to securely keep my car keys while away on vacation. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool or hot tub so I can't comment on that. Otherwise absolutely stress free stay!"
