"Overall we enjoyed the visit and suprised there were a few free items, like kayak and paddleboard use, free pontoon trip around the lake. Grounds were well maintained.
Eating at the restaurants, food was just okay."

"Hotel super confortável, com muito entretenimento para quem tem crianças, como jogos e o parque aquático. Uma academia razoável, porém com o bebedouro quebrado.

"We had a great stay! Room was perfectly clean, bed was soft but comfortably so. Bathroom was clean and functional. Our only complaint was that the pool and hot tub were out of service during our stay so we weren’t able to access those. Otherwise we were very pleased!"
"Our family enjoyed our 1 week stay in two of the suites. I had requested adjoining suites but was told they were not available at check-in. Hotel is conveniently located to visit family in the area and we also enjoyed the water park over the weekend. There is a nearby shopping and dining options. Beds were comfortable, but expected more of a kitchenette in the suites with a table to eat at. Had to go to the front desk for information multiple times. There was no information provided at...

"The grounds and flowers were beautiful. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The variety of breakfast foods was very good. The property was very well maintained. "
"Rooms are great, outside is a bit run down. Parking is very tight.. But love the convenience of checking in and it is close to Itasca state park and other cute towns. I would stay here again."
"Quick check in however would not extend points since 3rd party (Hotels.com) involved. Property currently under going rehab but was not intrusive. Room was well equipped and clean."
