The bad thing was the staff quite rude and unpolite about ludgage storage. They even thretened to send ludgages to police if not come back on time...that was very offensive.

"Amazing staying. The frontdesk team and also the restaurant team were both amazing. We really enjoyed out staying in this Hotel. The rooftop onsen was very special. We highly recomend this hotel! "

"Nice large hotel. The front desk staff were helpful and cordial. The breakfast needs more western options such as more fruit, cheese, cold cuts.
Shower and mattresses were great.
Noise from the train tracks behind the hotel.
The rooftop pool has a great view.
YUFUIN village is worth a visit."
