"We have stayed numerous of places along the line of pigeon forge, but this place tops them all. So nice, and clean, feels like home. And there’s so much the place offers. it was nice being able to swim, play games, and eat all right there. We visit pigeon forge several times throughout the year, and from now on this will be our favorite place to stay!! "
"Check in was efficient and front desk was very friendly. The room was clean and stocked with all necessities (towels, toilet paper, toiletries like shampoo & conditioner and body wash). Beds and pillows were surprisingly comfortable. We did not utilize the pools but they are on the smaller side and looked a little green-ish but we did use the hot tub which was relaxing. I would definitely stay at this property again due to it’s convenient location on the parkway and to the Island...
"My husband and I come to Pigeon Forge every year for a quick & easy vacation. Sometimes we bring our dog and sometimes we don’t Twin Mountain Hotel welcomes your dog to . Next year we will definitely bring her . You would never know that there has ever been a dog in this Wonderful Hotel . Friendly Staff & clean just like my home . I give 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. And most definitely will go back . Thank you Twin Mountain for a wonderful stay . "
"The Hotel was very clean. The staff was excellent. The shower was great, plenty of pressure and hot water. We had a minor issue with lights in the room. Only other issue was with the elevator. One in our party is handicapped and the elevator doors close really fast and hard before you can even get inside."

"The is hotel is a great location from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The staff are super friendly and the rooms are cleaned daily. You will have the occasional bear sighting at the back end of the property. "
