"For our family the most important thing is the cleanliness and condition of the room.
Everything was spotless, no smell at all (especially not from cigarettes), very tidy and spacious. The shared room for the kids is very nice!
Also the hotel staff was very kind, professional and helpful. From check-in to check-out!

"Super nice staff, a very cosy and warm atmosphere hotel and a major closenes to all venues interesting in Beaune! I would go back and stay in this hotel again! There is a free parking area just outiside the hotel (less than 5 minute walk) and all restaurants, the Hôtel Dieu and many more attractions are just at hand."
"Our stay at Mama Shelter in Dijon was a wonderful experience. The hotel has a great vibe, with beautiful and creative interior design, and exceptionally friendly staff. The restaurant was delightful and there was a lovely outdoor bar which is made for enjoyable evenings. The rooms are fantastic—with vibrant, tasteful colour schemes—and the bathrooms stand out, especially the showers, along with fluffy towels. If I visit Dijon again, I will definitely stay here."
