Breakfast included was great too, with lots of options and all well stocked up which is good as it was very busy at breakfast but still had plenty of space to get a table. We had a small issue with the shower temperature but after reaching out to the House Manager by text, it was repaired quickly while we were out. "What a wonderful eclectic hotel with a strong punk/ sex positive vibe.
If you are looking for a 'normal' experience don't go. If you want something truly special where every item of decoration feels perfect in place. Where the staff are genuinely friendly and warm and treat you truly as guests I could not recommend more strongly."

"O hotel é muito decadente, tudo velho, ficamos muito decepcionados, pois, pelo valor cobrado, deveria ser melhor. O hotel ao lado, Leonardo Royal Hotel, cobra o mesmo preço e é bem superior. O hotéis.com não nos apresentou este hotel. Nos fizeram esperar até 15h para ir para o quarto. A piscina térmica estava gelada. Não pudemos usar o spa, o qual foi motivo de escolha do hotel. Esperamos um retorno deste inconveniente bem no dia do meu aniversário, que era para ser de comemoração."
