"Three Little Birds was perfect for our quick 3 night beach getaway! It was literally steps to the beach. The location was perfect for exploring other areas for different restaurant options. "We loved this unit! It was only a 2 minute walk to the beach with access directly across the street. We loved having a pool just steps away from the back porch. The unit came with a beach wagon and chairs, which was so nice. We were able to request bikes and they were dropped off and picked up simply through your phone. I loved the location because we could bike to multiple restaurants, gas station, snowcones, etc. Loved bringing our pup too! We would have liked to know that dogs are not allowed...

"The unit was as described and very clean with a great view! Cons: the elevator was out of order, so we had to tote all of our belongings to the 4th floor, which was an inconvenience, however the owner did notify us of this detail via email. "This was an amazing property!! Simply nothing negative about this place. This is the nicest home we have ever stayed in with 14 years straight in the Seaside/Seagrove/Rosemary areas. "We enjoyed staying in this Grayton beach historic home. There is a lot to love about this quirky cabin. The Grayton shuttle makes this location more desirable as they pick you up and drop you off right across the street. The drivers are friendly and helpful - a wonderful service. I’m not giving a 5 star bc the kitchen is lacking and so is lighting on the back porch. The washer and dryer are outside making it difficult to do laundry in the dark or in the rain- the only time i want to do laundry....

"I thought this was a terrific condo and the perfect location from which to finally explore Watercolor and the entire 30A. We used the bicycles for hours a day (I recommend opting for a basket and headlights), being able to walk down the steps and pedal away was so convenient.
