"This property was absolutely stunning and probably one of the best vacations I’ve ever had. Hector, Claudia, and the whole team is incredible. We felt so welcomed, and they always went above & beyond. The food was delicious, authentic Puerto Rican food, and they even provided substitutes for those of us with dietary restrictions. "I didnt stay. Diffferent address and location. Didn't feel safe as a single mother of two. Not what I paid for or what was on the listing. I requested a refund and they refused. I stayed at a hotel instead. It was very shady. Dont recommend!"

"The communication was excellent from the very beginning. The apartment was clean, and safe. We enjoyed daily breakfast at the Tostado restaurant one block away. Open from 8am-3pm. You can walk from the apartment to theold San Juan in 15-20min which we did at the end of the day when it was not so hot."

"The property is phenomenal! Absolutely gorgeous! It was clean and the communication was pretty prompt. I loved how each of the rooms has their own bathrooms, but the shower pressure was not working on the top floor bathrooms. I did notify the owner and they said they will have it repaired. We left before someone came to repair the showers. Location is great, we walked to everything we needed and wanted to visit. The property definitely has an Old San Juan charm. Just beautiful! "

"A única coisa que não gostei! Escrevi num papel e entreguei na recepção pedindo um wake up call às 2:30 da manhã! Se dependesse do recepcionista eu teria perdido meu voo, pois ele, mesmo com o papel na mão se esqueceu, ainda bem que também pus o despertador do celular para me acordar! Foi minha salvação! Quando cheguei na recepção o moço estava com o papel em cima da mesa e mesmo assim se esqueceu!!!!"
