"Foi excelente. Chegamos antes do horário do check in. Embora tenha portaria digital, fomos atendidos por funcionários muito gentis de outro hotel da rede e nos deram acesso. Localizado em local tranquilo, não muito distante da balada do French Quarter e próximo de 2 linhas do "street car", linhas 12 e 49. Próximo a lindíssima Avenida Saint Charles. "The Host was Super responsive!! There are directions all over the house to guide you on how to use things. The rooms are plush and nice, it is like staying at your home in another state. The items in the kitchen came in handy and it was everything you needed for a getaway. The house was clean, plenty of linen, and towels. The best part about it, I was able to wash my clothes before I came home."

"Louis was an amazing host. Answered all of my questions promptly. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had all of the basic necessities. Restaurants, cafes and shops outside your door. It was convenient since I went to a Tulane graduation. My daughters gave it a 👍 also. The steps are a bit steep so wouldn’t recommend for handicap or elderly."

"We rented this place to visit our daughter who attends Tulane. The location (1 block from Fretet) is perfect! You can walk to great restaurants and stores and it was a 10 minute walk to campus. The apartment was clean well stocked and the beds were really comfortable. We will definitely stay here again"

"If i could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT STAY HERE. if I could attach pictures I would. I communicated with the host before check in that I would be arriving at 1pm into NOLA and asked if we could check in early he responded 2pm. That was perfect for our time schedule. "Stayed here in Marigny for first w/e of Jazz Fest. Location was fabulous. Short easy walk to French Quarter and just a couple blocks from Frenchmen Street. Place was clean and felt very safe. Our host, Dee, could not have been more accomodating. Met us on arrival and explained everything. Helped with suggestions for dining and even arranged our return cab trip to airport. Lovely host!!"
