"Very attentive! The place was decorated great and had everything we needed! The fire pit wasn't working and they were out the next day to fix it! Check in instructions were very thorough, however couldn't find any checkout instructions. Would recommend the place for sure. Close to the beach and walking distance to the pier and all the restaurants. Great way to end our trip!"

"This condo worked out great for us. Setup was spot on. Had everything we needed. Check-in was not as easy as it should be. We had to buy access passes to enter the building. This was not stated anywhere before, during or after the booking. Only when we actually showed up to check-in. We had no option at that point except to pay extra."

"Full of local flavor...it is an older property that requires open windows for cooling. It's great because it's close enough to the water so the sea breeze is refreshing. We didn't need a car because there was so many great things within walking distance and parking was a nightmare. Ride sharing was always available too."

"Easy check in. Great location for all things Santa Monica: shops, restaurants & beach. Everything within walking distance. Awesome & secure parking underneath. It’s an older apartment, but both bathrooms have been renovated. The kitchen appliances are new as well. And it was very clean. It was unseasonably cold when we arrived, so the provide space heater was much appreciated for the 1st floor bedroom. Upstairs was perfectly warm on its own. This was a perfectly good base for our family of...

"Tucked away with privacy, yet steps from the sand. Perfect location for a week of fun with my 2 teenagers. Volleyball courts in the sand right in front of the property. Living space was just enough for the 3 of us and the deck to grill out on was icing on the cake. :-)"

"Hotel muito agradável à beira mar de Venice Beach. O fato de ser um flat (com cozinha completa) ajuda muito. Localização ótima. Não ter estacionamento é um problema, pois, vc tem que ficar procurando vaga na rua que não é próximo para deixar o carro ou pagar 20 dólares por noite estacionamento privado. que é show e se quiser da até pra fazer um churras."
