"We stayed here for three nights while on a trip to visit family and hike in the surrounding area. The apartment was clean, quiet, spacious, affordable, and had everything we needed, and the host is wonderful - responds promptly and is very helpful. The property is located in an older neighborhood away from the Strip, and it’s a great place to stay if you want to be close to everything without being in the middle of the Las Vegas scene. The only reason for my 8/10 rating is that the property...

"Claudia was an amazing host who quickly gave a rundown of everything about the property and location. Easy and detailed instructions that myself may have missed and feel extremely terrible about. As I usually read everything, but it was so thorough I assumed very professional service similar to a hotel. If welcomed back, I would place this at the top of my own personal list of places to stay when I come."

"They didn’t clean my room. Was told this is not included in resort changes…?"

"Avoids the circus on the strip, but you can go visit. No joke about the Valet parking, sometimes took a while to get our car at peak rush times (morning, before dinner), but with that slight planning, everything was perfect. Joe was great, even mailed back something we left behind."

"Had a bachelor group of about 9 staying at this property. It was a good space for us to do what we needed to do in the time that we had in Vegas. Home is very spacious, very clean and the pool was better than anticipated. Owner responds very quickly and is always available for your needs. There’s about 7 beds, two couches and a roll-out bed in the closet, so there was ample room for everyone. This was a great experience and I highly recommend a stay here!"
