There is a brewery with good food right downstairs in the same building and they have a beer garden/gated patio area. The rooftop terrace is only accessible until until 5pm, we were the only ones on the rooftop on a Friday around 4:30pm. "It was a total disaster getting in to the place especially after an 8 hour drive. The road was closed and under construction. Trying to find parking and the location of the building was a complete headache due to the road closure. With that being said The host was very helpful in helping us find the location and very responsive. Once we found parking we were able to enjoy our stay. The place is very cute, clean, and well stocked."

"We came to Philly for a volleyball tournament. This was the 2nd time renting here. It is walking distance to the venue. The Terminal market (I love) is with in walking distance. Tons of restaurants. A Trader Joe’s. Anything you need. We parked our car in the convenient parking lot and never moved it all weekend. Walking distance to history exhibits. Would highly recommend if you are staying in the area for something at the convention center. Cons. 3 flights of stairs to walk up. Not well...

"Otimo hotel, com otima localizacao e servico prestado. O quarto nao era muito grande, porem o suficiente para 1 noite que ficamos. O chuveiro e o banheiro eram otimos e muito limpos. Ficamos pouco tempo, apenas 1 noite, porem sentimos falra de ter um cafe da manha incluso. A localizacao é otima, perto de todos os pontos turisticos da Philadelphia. Voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel na minha proxima viagem a Philadelphia! "
