"Just as advertised! Hiked Rams Head trail one morning from the property. It was nice staying on the east side for a couple of nights to hit up salt pond and Lameshurs. Loved that we could use the refrigerator and they provided drinking water. They have a great set up and provide a lot of extras like beach chairs and charged battery packs so that we could charge our cell phones at night! Thank you!"

"I stayed on the north side for half of my vacation and at this spot for the second half. You definitely need a vehicle to get there. The site is cozy with plenty of amenities but know that it's camping. Everything functioned as it should. The fan was a very handy in the tent at night. It gets warm down here. "This property is designed for those that like camping. There’s nothing luxury about this site. I felt unsafe and stuffy the whole night. The tent had no air flow, the shower has no hot water/pressure kept going out. The main bathroom had no lights so we had to use our camera phones. There was a portable potty behind our tent if you didn’t want to walk down to the bathroom. No refrigerator, just a cooler of ice and mosquitoes galore! "Hiccups in the beginning but Charles was very helpful. This is a camping option. It's a glamping option, but still a tent. IF YOU DON'T LIKE TO CAMP, then don't book it. Book his other option which is a really cool container apartment he built himself. And if that is not to your taste, then pay 2-3 times for a typical mediocre resort in the town. I prefer to give my $$ to a local entrepreneur vs some corporation. "
