It would be good if the site mentioned on the listing that you access the apartment in the back staircase just in case renters would find it difficult to climb a set of stairs to get to the apartment. Dave was always available for help when needed. The unit was clean and the kitchen was stocked well with utensils and cooking needs."

"Stayed with my daughter over the weekend. Adorable property, very clean, great location. Was perfect for us. Rented a movie in owners account by accident, owner was very gracious, granted us permission, we did not have to pay. Side notes: caution, stairwell is narrow and tall, going up and down with large piece of luggage is somewhat a trick. If you are over 6ft tall, you may not fit comfortably in the nook where the toilet sits. "

Being equal distance from Cape May City and Wildwood gave us SO many options for eating and walking. "Excellent experience! The heated pool was wonderful -kids played for hours after exploring the beach/local area. Very clean house, quiet neighborhood with close proximity to the beach. New TVs in each room with heating and cooling/split systems in each room. Property manager was excellent - always quick to respond. Went to the free county zoo, which was a quick 20min drive. Would definitely stay again"

"My sister and I had a wonderful stay. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, mostly everything we needed was within walking distance or a short drive away. The beds were comfortable, and everything was exceptionally clean. The only thing, and only specifically if you’re planning on cooking, the kitchen doesn’t have the best equipment. But otherwise, fantastic, and we would definitely stay again."

"Very good location and competitive pricing. I liked that the owners were super responsive. I liked that there were 2 bikes offered on the property. The location really was amazing; 1 block from Boardwalk and beach. I would say a good choice for a couple or a family with no more than 2 kids. The property details did mention below grade and on lower floor, yet I did not quite grasp that we were actually staying in a renovated basement in a historic home! That was my fault for not paying more...
