"In diesem Haus haben wir den allerschönsten Urlaub verbracht. Eine gute Grundausstattung ist bereits vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind mit Bett, Schrank, Nachttisch und Stuhl ausgestattet. Alles war sauber und gepflegt .Auf Wunsch gibt es auch Bettwäsche zu mieten. Luigi hat das Haus sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. "Wir waren im August 2023 mit 2 Teenagern und unserm Hund dort. Obwohl die Haushälfte zum Hang zeigte war es sehr hell und von den beiden Terrassen vor und hinter dem Haus gab es einen tollen Blick Richtung Meer. Die angegebenen 1 km bis zum Strand sind wohl Luftlinie, also zu Fuß nicht zu machen da es steil bergauf- und ab geht. Aber mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten am Strand. "Check in was flawless. Any question through WhatsApp answered immediately. The location is nice and quick but only 5 minutes from the beach , shops en restaurants. "We stayed for two weeks and really enjoyed to be there. We could make nice walks in the quiet area and found a 10 minutes walking way to a more or less private beach. The coast in this area is the most beautiful one of Italy. The help and guidance we got from the owner Giuseppe was great and always very fast. We recommend this house to everybody!"

"Really nice modern apartment in an ancient building. Comfortable queen bed, nice bathrooms, and a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea that's perfect for a sunset glass of wine. Ein bisschen schade ist es, dass man keine Liegen hat, um auch am eigenen Pool zu liegen und auch einen funktionstüchtigen Sonnenschirm für die Terrasse haben wir vermisst. "Hotel excelente a 15 minutos de caminhada da estação de trem de Diamante. Quarto amplo (alguns com varanda e vista para o mar), banheiro adequado e café da manhã exuberante. Estacionamento grátis.
